Located in the city of Frisco, Texas, is the award-winning community of Phillips Creek Ranch. The community is situated on what used to be the B.F. Phillips Ranch property, which began with only 640-acres of land and was established in 1936. Though the ranch began as a cattle ranch, Phillips quickly built his reputation for breeding and training quarter horses. In fact, his prized stallion — Dash for Cash — won the “Champion of Champions” twice. It’s no wonder this historic ranch, having grown to over 1,800-acres, became the first choice for the newest and largest neighborhood in the Frisco area. The original family’s main house, known as “The Big House,” is where the Vista Park Welcome Center sits today.
With an abundance of green space, over 100-acres, you will find nothing but natural beauty surrounding you at Phillips Creek Ranch. On those acres is an assortment of green spaces, including parks, trails, a creek system, lakes, and so much more. The streets are lined with lush greenery and beautiful trees making everywhere you go feel like an outdoor oasis. The homes themselves are stunning and elegant with brick and stone designs, standing tall and expansive like the lots they sit upon. In addition to the natural beauty, you’ll find an assortment of bronze horse sculptures around the neighborhood, paying homage to the former ranch owners.
